EARLY CONTRACTOR INVOLVEMENT
Early Contractor Involvement can be used to gain early advice and involvement from a contractor into the buildability and optimisation of designs. It affords an integrated team time to gain an early understanding of requirements, enabling robust risk management, innovation and value for money. We are well versed at managing this process and will work with your client and their designer to manage the ECI phase of their project and hand over to your delivery team and ensure ongoing support throughout the delivery phase.
